Aeromec, spol. s r.o. is company located in the east part of Czech republic. Our main activity is production of aircraft parts. One of the main advantages of production in the Czech republic is the availability of very skilled labour and technologies at the economical cost. Most of our employees have acquired their skill through practice in the Czech aircraft industry.
Aeromec has its own development and design centre, material purchase and logistics, stocks, part production line, assembly line, quality control department and shipping department. The whole product is designed by CAD software from an external geometric shape to a single inside part. We use a virtual assembly model during production set-up design. Computers are also used for the creation of all related technology drawings. The application of CAD/CAM technology together with skilled workmanship give us perfect results. All parts, whether final or intended for other operations, are very precise.
All materials used for production have aircraft certification. Aeromec buys materials from certificated suppliers only. For each part we are able to provide documentation of which material it was produced from. The material is checked by a quality control worker.
In particular, the following raw materials are used in the parts production line:
Alu ? alloys sheets, bars and rods
4130 CrMo steel sheets tubes and rods, fireproof stainless steel sheets and TiGAl 4V titanium rods.
We use this main technologies:
- TIG (WIG) welding in Argon atmosphere steel and Al alloys - special construction
- cutting with hydraulic or electrically powered shears
- CNC millig, drilling and reaming
- CNC laser cutting
- Bending
- Corrosion protection.
